Monday – Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee. We strive to give everyone their desired appointment, although this will always not be possible, especially if it’s a reschedule after a missed appointment.

Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontics, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Most insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary; we will review your insurance to determine your coverage. Please assist us by providing the following information at the time you schedule your initial appointment. Your ID number, employer, subscriber and birth date are needed to verify benefits. By providing this information, we will be able to give you an estimate of your costs at your first visit. Also please make us aware of any panoramic or full mouth X-rays taken within the last six months. Once treatment is started, we will file your claims. If, during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

Financing
We offer many different financing options for the convenience of our patients. After a down payment to start, we are pleased to have available for our patients interest-free monthly installment plans. At the day of your consultation, fees and payment options will be explained to you.

For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard, checks and cash. You may arrange with our office manager to have your credit or debit charged automatically on a monthly basis. Multiple family member and total payment discounts are available.
